Long Inserts Insert:Long Bent Insert This provides some additional clearanceThese long inserts are for when you need a few more inches of height to get up and over to where you need to be. The long flat insert is 8" from the top of the V Lock base. The long bent insert rises 3. 5" from the top of the V Lock base and bends at 90 degrees leaving a 4" mounting surface. Both are 4" wide same as the standard insert.
